Perfect Weight

Get clear on the weight you want to be. Have a picture in your mind of what you want to look like. Write out the perfect weight and put it across your scale and don't weight yourself at all. You must feel good, you must feel good about you. If you feel bad about your body, that is a powerful feeling. Praise and bless every square inch of your body. Think about the perfect things about YOU! As you think perfect thoughts you feel good about you, and YOU are summoning the perfect you.
